Jeanne Drummey, M.Ed. is a retired Kindergarten teacher with over 40 years of teaching experience at the elementary level. She holds a bachelor’s degree in child development and a master’s degree in the young child with special needs. She is certified K-8 (elementary) and special needs ages 3-7.
Her years in educational settings include experience in special needs preschools, programs for children with physical disabilities, and Kindergarten classrooms. Jeanne has enjoyed working with students to secure early literacy and math concepts in the classroom, as well as in a one-on-one setting. She also has expertise in supplementing and enriching those topics for young children.
Most recently, Jeanne has been working with middle and high school students in the homeschooling community. As mathematics is her special interest, she has focused on this topic in her role as a private tutor. She's looking forward to working with clients at MWCWB to help them build academic confidence, reduce stress related to academic challenges, and achieve new learning goals.
